Online Resilient Circle

Join us from wherever you are on the last Thursday of every month as we take a midday break to intentionally pause, move our bodies, and connect with each other. These circles will look a bit different than our in-person gatherings as we hone in on what’s most needed during the workday. We’ll get in our bodies and support our nervous systems in a slightly less structured way, really allowing the present moment themes to guide our experience.
