Two women in a room with a large window and natural light. One woman is seated on a chair, and the other is standing behind her with her hand on a desk. Outside the window are trees and sunlight.

Nice to meet you. We’re so glad you’re here.

At Resilient Recovery, we’re so passionate about guiding others toward meaningful, embodied recovery because we know it works, from personal experience. We also know that continued commitment to our own individual healing allows us to show up with that much more capacity for our community. We are dedicated to creating comforting, supportive spaces for you to reconnect with your body, release stored trauma, and build the most stable foundation possible.

Meet Beth

A woman with brown hair, blue eyes, and fair skin, wearing a light blue button-up shirt, sitting inside by a window with sunlight, a large green plant in the background.

While growing up in the Midwest, Beth Foley found yoga, the first practice that invited her deeply into her body. This early glimpse into somatic awareness became the foundation of both her personal recovery journey and her life's calling to guide others toward body-based healing.

Drawing from her extensive training in Yoga Therapy (her first love), Mindfulness Meditation, Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Embodied Movement, Beth helps clients reconnect to internal safety, break free from restrictive patterns, and create lives of authentic purpose.

Her ever-evolving personal practice infuses her work with deep empathy and understanding, allowing her to meet each client exactly where they are. If you’re interested in working with Beth individually, you can learn more here.

Meet Chelsea

A young woman with short dark hair and a nose piercing, wearing a gray sweater and jeans, stands indoors with hands in pockets, beside a window and wooden walls.

Chelsea Rappel is, first and foremost, a grateful person in long-term sobriety. A devoted bunny mom and rock-climbing enthusiast, she brings her zest for life and deep commitment to healing trauma into her work as a Somatic Practitioner and Yoga Therapist.

As the founder of Awakened Recovery, a body-mind healing modality for embodied, soulful recovery, Chelsea is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to freedom from unhealthy patterns, including addictions and other trauma responses.

Chelsea’s approach blends her years of training in Yoga Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Drug & Alcohol Counseling, and Buddhist Philosophy. Her style is authentic, creative, and loving. To learn more about working with Chelsea, visit her individual site here.

How We’re Different

Unlike other recovery programs, Resilient Recovery:

  • Blends somatic nervous system work with addiction recovery to address  the root causes of unhealthy coping mechanisms.

  • Welcomes individuals from all recovery backgrounds —whether you’re working  on compulsive behaviors, relationships, or substance use.

  • Provides trauma-informed, non-hierarchical spaces where everyone is seen and valued.

You don’t need to be a yogi, have a spiritual practice, or fit into a specific recovery mold. At Resilient, your path is your own, and we’re here to help you explore it with embodied intelligence.

Freedom begins within

We’d love to hear from you!
